THE AREA
Ideally positioned on the Isle Benbecula, the cottages provide the perfect base for exploring the length of the islands from Berneray to Eriskay. The nearest white sandy beach lies at the end of the road to the west and open moorlands to the east. A walk to the top of the croft affords views as far as Harris to the north, Skye to the east and Barra to the south. Bring your camera.
The family croft is often home to deer, owls, eagles and hen harriers to name a few. You may even have a visit from a roaming sheep called Frank. Our chickens are on duty to lay fresh eggs for our guests and in spring we have lambs on our neighbouring croft. There is always something on the move.
Visit the Outer Hebrides website to find out more about all of the exciting things to do on the island.
